Appleton Grange EC Riding Club
General Information
All of our events are open to both members and non-members , however non-members are not eligible to earn points or qualifications.
Riding club members who take part in our events are able to earn points dependant upon their placement. Our points table will run to the end of the year and we will have trophies and sash presentations at the last event of the year.
Points are allocated to the same horse and rider combination only and are non-transferrable.
If you'd like to become a member, you can use our online application form, or print your own and mail it to us. The price of membership is £10 per person, per year.
Show Jumping
Our jumping is split into junior and senior categories. We cater for all ages and abilities, from poles on the floor to 95cm+.
Qualifications are for Antrobus Riding Club show jumping championships at Kelsall Equestrian Centre on 18th August. Please check our events schedule for more information.
We offer a low key casual dress fun filled day of showjumping.
Dressage
Suitable for all ages and abilities, from intro tests to prelim.
Smart dress code (show attire).
Showing
Suitable for all ages and levels, beginners are both welcomed and encouraged.
We offer a range of in-hand and ridden classes to suit all abilities.
Compete for fun or for STARS qualification.
Points will be accumulated over 6 shows and the members with the highest points at the end of the series will be invited to compete at Aintree from Friday 18th to Sunday 20th October.
