Please complete the following online form to apply for membership of Appleton Grange Equestrian Centre Riding Club.

 

Membership benefits include reduced entry fees to events run by AGRC and eligibility to events that AGRC affiliate to.

Our annual membership fee is £10 per rider and runs from 1st January - 31st December.

Code of Conduct

​

The aim of Appleton Grange EC Riding Club is to provide an enjoyable, safe and friendly environment for riding and riding related activities for our members and their families. We ask all our members and parents/guardians to follow this code of conduct.

​

As a senior member, non-riding member, a junior member or as a parent/guardian on behalf of a junior member of AGECRC i agree to:

​

  1. Remember we all ride and compete for fun

  2. Always ride and compete to the best of my ability

  3. Applaud for effort and good play

  4. Respect my horse/pony and the horse/ponies of others

  5. Listen and respond to the the organiser of events, without interfering, arguing or complaining (see no. 10)

  6. Compete fairly, without cheating, complaining or time wasting

  7. Always respect and avoid criticising instructors, officials, judges, stewards and other riders

  8. Always abide by the rules and decisions of the officials, stewards and judges (see no. 10)

  9. Never engage in or tolerate offensive, insulting or abusive language or behaviour

  10. Discuss with AGECRC if I am unhappy with anything about the club or the behaviour of other club memebrs

  11. Understand that I represent AGECRC at all times when attending all club activities and at other events where I represent the club, whether I am a rider, spectator or helper

 

By joining as s a member. I agree to abide by this code of conduct.

NOTE: PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE IS PROVIDED TO ALL MEMBERS WHILE TAKING PART IN BRC EVENTS ONLY. IT IS ADVISED THAT PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE SHOULD BE HELD BY ALL MEMBERS.
